Jazmine came to us with a different storyline then most. Her story started out with one couple being her parents, that couple split and then she stayed with the mom, mom then got some other smaller dogs in her world and the small dogs started to not get along with the big dog, to the point that some fights had broken out amongst the dogs in the first home. The owner had decided she was going to put Jazmine down and the ex boyfriend, stepped in and took her out of that home to give her a fighting chance at life.
She had been kept in a crate for the bulk of her time in the original home, so when she got to this new home she got to lay down on a bed and some other softer surfaces, she spent time with a cat and started to learn how to enjoy life. Then came the landlord, this is something that is happening far to often now-a-days, where the landlords are removing access for folks to keep their animals. Jazmine needed to be moved again, otherwise the family was going to lose their access to housing, with that they located us and were able to arrange a meet and greet with our founder and then we were able to coordinate a move for this beautiful girl. She had been showing signs of healing from her pressure sores and other ailments that came from living in a crate for a long period of time, and she was now being given the chance to flourish in a new home and space.
After a long day of transport from one state to another, she landed with her new parents and as you can see in the phot above she is smiling and really loving the life she is getting to lead. We wish her all the best and cannot wait to follow her along her new life adventure with her new pawrents and human sibilings.
GO JAZMINE!
