
Say hello to Shadow, he came to us at 8-years-old. A Great Dane who traded in his New Jersey “tough guy” days for belly rubs, paw shakes, and playdates. With a heart as big as his paws, Shadow is proving that senior Danes know how to have fun, and love even harder.

Apollo, came to us at 7-years-old, a gentleman who mastered the art of the good life: naps, good meals, and plenty of calm. After some health things with his ears, he was ready for his forever home

Otis was a 4-year-old goofy, blankie-obsessed Great Dane who weathered more change than any pup should. He was affectionate, eager to belong, and thrived in his foster home. He was lost to soon and we miss him greatly

Sampson came to NCGDRNE in May of 2023 as a medical surrender, at 2 years old, with the body of an 10–11-year-old Dane. His progress has been huge, and his attitude towards life has changed immensely since receiving the necessary long-term care.

Emma is our current leaders personal dog. She was rescued at 10 months old back in 2016 and has been living a life filled with love and green mountains.

As we want to help, this breed as a whole, we love to support and show others where to go and look for Great Danes, especially those who need rescuing.
